032026年5月26日，全球天窗巨头伟巴斯特与中国玻璃制造商浙江福佳科技（FJT）签署合资协议（伟巴斯特将持有合资公司30%股权，尚待有关监管机构批准）。双方将共同开发并生产适用于中国市场的固定式玻璃车顶（FTM），该细分领域目前由福耀、圣戈班、AGC等汽车玻璃巨头主导。
On May 26, 2026, Webasto, the global sunroof giant, signed a joint venture agreement with Chinese glass manufacturer Zhejiang Fujia Technology (FJT). Webasto will hold a 30% stake in the joint venture, pending approval from relevant regulatory authorities. The two parties will jointly develop and produce fixed glass rooftops (FTM) for the fast-growing Chinese market. This segment is currently dominated by major automotive glass players such as Fuyao, Saint-Gobain, and AGC.
